Our current rates and call out charges are:

Call out Charge including the first hour = £40.00
Hour rate after the first hour = £20.00
We only charge upto a total of £100.00 per call out. We also run a no fix no fee policy.
Any support or repair that requires 4 or more hours we will return your computer to our workshop for repair, then return it to you at no extra cost*.

* Any replacement hardware or software requirements will be a extra charge ( cost will be agreed with you before repair).
